	*Staff* After 12 years the end of March saw Glen Mune retire. We all wish Glen well with his retirement. You will still be likely to hear his voice on the phone from time to time as he will continue to work on a part time basis.


	*New Product* After an absence from New Zealand of over 20 years. We have stock arriving of *Expel C* FLUE CLEANER. For those customers that can remember that far back *Expel C* is a small stick of flue cleaning composition that is merely inserted into the boiler, air heater, flue or appliance to be cleaned and then allowed to burn. No messy liquids, no special equipment. Simplicity itself. We will keep you posted on a trial use in a domestic wood burner as well.
